- Order Cancellation: If a parent cancels their order before it is placed with the manufacturer, a full refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
- Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund upon verification of the defect.
Please note that all other sales are final due to the custom nature of our products.
Delivery Policy
All orders at ParkerHawksShop.com are custom made to order and take 20-25 business days for production. Once the orders are completed:
- Delivery Method: Custom products will be picked up by the coach and delivered to the players and parents at practice.
- Notification: Parents and players will be notified by the coach when the products are ready for pick-up.
We strive to ensure timely delivery, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we do accept returns under the following conditions:
- Defective Products: If a product is found to be defective upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days. We will arrange for a return and replacement or refund upon verification of the defect.
