• Order Cancellation: If a parent cancels their order before it is placed with the manufacturer, a full refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
• Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund upon verification of the defect.

Please note that all other sales are final due to the custom nature of our products.

 

Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we do accept returns under the following conditions:
